INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 scallion
- 2 chili
- 1 clove of garlic
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 eggs
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 bowl
- 1 mixing whisk
- 1 frying pan
- 1 grill
- 1 serving plate
STEPS
Slice scallion and mince garlic.
Crack eggs in a bowl and whisk.
Chop coriander.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add spring onions, chili, turmeric, coriander, cumin and garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute, then add beaten eggs and cook for 2 minutes.
Preheat a grill to 375°F. Place the frying pan on the grill and cook for 2 minutes to get a grilled omelet.
Transfer masala spiced omelet to a serving plate.
