INGREDIENTS
- 2 vegetarian bean burgers
- a quarter red onions
- a quarter cucumbers
- half tomatoes
- a quarter bunch coriander
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 burger buns
- 2 tbsp raita
- 2 tbsp mango chutney
- 0.7 oz spicy nuts mix
TOOLS
- 1 non-stick pan
- 1 knife
- 1 spoon
- 1 bowl
- 1 toaster
- 1 spatula
- 1 big plate
- 1 toaster tray
STEPS
Peel and chop red onions using knife. Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, and coriander finely.
Heat a non-stick pan and add olive oil. Warm the pan and add vegetarian bean burgers. Cook for 4 minutes to get semi cooked vegetarian bean burgers.
Flip the semi cooked vegetarian bean burgers using a spatula.
Cook for 4 more minutes.
Add chopped red onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and coriander to the bowl. Mix ingredients using spoon to get a salad mixture.
Put the burger buns in the toaster and heat them using the toaster to get a hot bun.
Put the burger buns in the toaster tray. Put the toaster tray in a hot toaster. Toast for 3 minutes using the toaster tray, or until you have reached your desired level of toastiness for your burger buns
Divide the cooked vegetarian bean burgers into toasted burger buns. Divide the salad mixture, raita, mango chutney, and spicy nuts mix into toasted burger buns. Transfer the toasted burger buns to a big plate.
