INGREDIENTS
- a quarter cup olive oil
- a quarter cup lemons
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic
- half tsp granulated sugar
- a quarter tsp black pepper
- an eighth tsp salt

- 1 squeezer
- 1 whisk
- 1 bowl
- 1 knife
STEPS
Squeeze the lemons using a squeezer to get lemon juice.
Peel and mince the garlic.
Put olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl. Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, granulated sugar, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Then mix using a whisk. Set aside for 60 minutes, then whisk again.
