INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups soymilk

TOOLS

  • 1 zester
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 large pot
  • 1 spoon

STEPS

Zest the lemons with a zester.



Squeeze the zested lemons with a squeezer to get lemon juice.



Put the cornstarch, soymilk, granulated sugar, lemon zest, and salt in a large pot and turn on the heat. Cook for 3 minutes while stirring with a spoon. Then pour in the lemon juice and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from the heat.
