INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- ¾ lb kale
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- ⅓ cup raisins
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 frying pan
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 colander
- 1 skillet pan
- 1 kitchen paper
STEPS
Rinse and drain kale in a colander.
Destalk and shred the kale. Peel and mince garlic cloves.
Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Add pine nuts and stir with a wooden spoon. Cook for 4 minutes until roasted.
Heat 2 cups of water in a skillet pan. Add shredded kale and cook for 5 minutes.
Rinse the cooked kale in a colander and drain it on kitchen paper.
Heat olive oil a skillet pan. Stir in garlic, raisins, kale, a quarter tsp of salt, and black pepper as well. Cook for 4 minutes, then turn off the heat and scatter toasted pine nuts to it.
