INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

STEPS
Rinse kale with cold water.
Peel onion and garlic, then chop them. Next, remove kale stems.
