INGREDIENTS
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 bunches kale
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 bowl
- 1 whisk
- 1 oven
- 1 colander
- 1 plate
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 baking parchment
STEPS
Rinse kale in a colander.
In the same colander, drain the kale.
Trim kale and chop it into 2-inch pieces.
Combine cider vinegar, olive oil, and 1.5 tsp of salt in a bowl with a whisk. Mix in kale until fully marinated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Transfer marinated kale to the baking sheet and put it in the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat, then remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Set it aside for 10 minutes to cool.
Transfer kale chips to a plate.
It’s ready to be served !
