INGREDIENTS
- 1.1 cups whole milk
- 1.8 oz cocoa solids chocolate
- half tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp brandy
- half tsp ground cinnamon
- 1.5 tbsp whipped cream
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 stick cinnamon stick
TOOLS
- 1 saucepan
- 1 mug
- 1 spoon
STEPS
Put whole milk in a saucepan and turn on the heat. Boil for one minute. Add cocoa solids chocolate to the saucepan and stir with a spoon. Cook over low heat for one minute, then add brown sugar, brandy, and ground cinnamon. Stir again with a spoon and cook for another minute to get a hot chocolate. Then turn off the heat.
Pour the hot chocolate into a mug. Then top with whipped cream, cocoa powder and a cinnamon stick.
It’s ready to be served !
