INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 avocados
- 1 half lime
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 jalapeño pepper

- 1 squeezer
STEPS
Chop the jalapeno pepper. Peel and dice the onion. Halve and deseed the plum tomatoes, then dice them.
Squeeze the lime with a squeezer to get lime juice.
Cut the avocados in half.
Peel and pit the avocado halves with a spoon.
Put the avocado flesh in a bowl. Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mash with a fork, then add the diced plum tomatoes, chopped jalapeno peppers, and diced onions. Mix with a fork until well combined.
