INGREDIENTS
- 1 zucchini
- ¼ cup italian dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp kosher salt

- 1 knife
- 1 bowl
- 1 grill
- 2 plate
- 1 tongs
- 1 spoon
STEPS
Rinse the zucchini.
Scrub the rinsed zucchini with a hard brush, then cut it into 3/4-inch slices.
Peel and mince the garlic.
Put the italian dressing, minced garlic, and olive oil in a bowl. Mix with a spoon until well combined.
Add the zucchini slices to the bowl and mix for 2 minutes to get marinated zucchini slices.
Transfer the marinated zucchini slices to a plate and sprinkle with black pepper and kosher salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Preheat the grill for 15 minutes.
Place the marinated zucchini slices on the hot grill and cook for 3 minutes to get semi-grilled zucchini.
Flip the semi-grilled zucchini with tongs.
Cook the semi-grilled zucchini for 2 minutes, then remove from the heat. Transfer to a serving plate.
