INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz light cream cheese
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup bananas
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cooking spray

STEPS
Peel bananas.
Mash peeled banana with a fork.
Combine light cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Whisk everything together to get a cream cheese mixture.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the flour tortillas. Add mash bananas and sprinkle with ground cinnamon to get stuffed flour tortillas.
Heat a grill and spray it with cooking spray. Put the stuffed flour tortilla on the grill and cook for 2 minutes.
Flip the stuffed flour tortillas with tongs.
Cook for 2 minutes, then turn the grill off to get grilled fruit quesadillas.
Transfer grilled fruit quesadillas to a platter and set aside for 2 minutes.
Cut grilled fruit quesadillas into 8 wedges.
