INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1 shallots
- 2 tsp olive oil
- a quarter tsp kosher salt
- a quarter tsp black pepper
- a quarter cup balsamic vinegar
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 bowl
- 1 grill
- 1 serving bowl
- 1 spoon
- 1 fork
STEPS
Peel and thinly slice the shallot.
Place the shallot slices in a bowl. Add the asparagus, olive oil, black pepper, and half of the kosher salt and mix with a spoon to get an asparagus mixture.
Preheat the grill for 15 minutes.
Put the asparagus mixture on a hot grill and cook for 7 minutes to get semi-grilled asparagus.
Flip the semi-grilled asparagus with a fork.
Cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from the heat.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Add the balsamic vinegar and the remaining kosher salt and mix with a spoon until well combined.
