INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lb green beans
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ⅓ cup walnuts
- 1 oz Parmesan cheese
TOOLS

- 1 saucepan
- 1 box grater
- 1 colander
- 1 tea towel
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 frying pan
- 4 platters
STEPS
Trim and cut green beans, then chop walnuts.
Grate parmesan cheese with a box grater.
Heat 8 cups of water and 1 tsp salt in a saucepan. Add green beans and cook on medium heat for 8 minutes.
Rinse green beans with cold water in a colander.
Pat dry the green beans with a tea towel.
Heat unsalted butter in a frying pan. Add walnuts and stir with a wooden spoon for 3 minutes. Then, add green beans and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve green beans with nuts on a platter and drizzle with parmesan cheese.
