INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp salt
- 18 oz green beans
- 1 oz butter
- 2 tbsp onions
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1½ tsp paprika

- 1 saucepan
- 1 lid
- 1 colander
- 1 wooden spoon
STEPS
Peel and chop the onions. Trim the green beans.
Pour 8 cups of water into a saucepan and turn on the heat. Bring the water to a boil, then add the trimmed green beans and salt. Cover with a lid and cook for 8 minutes. Then remove the lid and drain the cooked green beans in a colander. Put the butter in the saucepan. Then add the chopped onions and stir with a wooden spoon. Add the drained green beans, sour cream, and paprika. Stir again with a wooden spoon and cook for 1 minute. Then remove from the heat.
