INGREDIENTS

- ¾ cup feta cheese
- ¾ oz parsley
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 half cucumber
- ¾ cup black olives
- 1 onion
- 1 slice bread

STEPS
Peel a cucumber with a peeler.
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
Remove cucumber seeds with a spoon.
Chop cucumber, parsley, black olives, and feta cheese. Slice tomatoes, then peel and slice an onion.
Put greek salad dressing in a bowl. Stir in parsley, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, and a quarter tsp of black pepper with a wooden spoon. Cover the bowl with a lid and put in refrigerator for 3 hours. Take it out and take off the lid, then sprinkle with a quarter tsp of salt.
