INGREDIENTS

- 4 tomatoes
- 1 cucumbers
- half red onions
- 16 black olives
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3 oz feta cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Pit black olives
Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Chop the cucumbers roughly. Peel the red onions and cut them into thin slices. Cut the feta cheese into small chunks.
Add sliced tomatoes, chopped cucumbers, sliced red onions, sliced cheese, pitted olives, dried oregano and olive oil to a large bowl. Add a quarter tsp of salt to the large bowl. Stir with a mixing spoon..
