INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 green onions
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
TOOLS
- 1 saucepan
- 1 colander
- 1 knife
- 1 grater
- 2 bowls
- 1 whisk
- 1 spoon
STEPS
Heat 8 cups of water in a saucepan for 4 minutes.
Add noodles to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Turn the heat off the saucepan and drain the noodles in a colander.
Chop green onions.
Shred ginger with a grater.
Combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, chili paste, sesame seeds, ginger, and green onions in a bowl. Whisk all the ingredients together to get a sauce.
Put the noodles in a bowl, add the sauce mixture, and mix with a spoon.
