INGREDIENTS
- ½ tbsp salt
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 half onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 slice white bread
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 peeler
- 1 food processor
- 1 bowl
STEPS
Peel the garlic cloves. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and green bell pepper then chop them.
Peel the cucumber using a peeler.
Dice the peeled cucumber. Peel and chop the onion.
Pour half a cup of water into a bowl, then add the white bread slice to soak. Set the bowl aside for two minutes.
Squeeze the soaked bread to get squeezed bread.
In a food processor, combine the squeezed bread, peeled garlic, chopped green bell peppers, diced cucumbers, chopped onions, tomatoes, ground cumin, and salt. Blitz for 2 minutes with the red wine vinegar and olive oil to make a purée.
Transfer the purée to a bowl and get a gazpacho..
It’s ready to be served !
