INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 shallots
- 1 lb green beans
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup parsley
- ¼ cup hazelnuts
- 1 tsp lemon

STEPS
Cut shallots lengthwise and chop parsley leaves. Then, peel and chop garlic cloves.
Zest lemons with a zester.
Preheat the oven to 450°F for 12-15 minutes.
Combine green beans, chopped garlic, shallots, olive oil, 1 tsp of salt and half tsp of black pepper in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Transfer the contents of the bowl to a baking dish and put it in the oven for 18 minutes.
Put chopped parsley in a bowl. Mix in hazelnuts and lemon zest with a spoon.
Take the dish out of the oven and serve to a plate. Scatter the parsley mixture to it and stir with a spoon.
