INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 13 oz all purpose flour
- 2.5 tsp yeast
- 2 tsp yogurt
- 0.45 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp granulated sugar

- 1 wooden spoon

STEPS
Chop parsley and coriander using knife.
Put yeast in a bowl. Add 0.8 cups of water and granulated sugar. Mix using a wooden spoon and set aside for 15 minutes. Add 1 tsp of salt, butter, all purpose flour, yogurt to the bowl and mix for 2 minutes to get a dough..
Cover the dough using a towel.
Set aside the bowl for 60 minutes to get a risen dough.
Remove the towel. Divide the dough into 32 pieces to form balls.
Flatten dough balls to get naans.
Put garlic and a quarter cup of butter in second bowl. Mix using spoon to get a garlic mix.
Add garlic mix to naans, put naans on a baking tray, add chopped parsley and coriander to naans.
Preheat oven to 390°F.
Put the baking tray in the hot oven and bake for 8 minutes.
Stop the heat and remove the baking tray from the hot oven..
