INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 1½ tsp vinegar

  • 1 strainer
  • 1 oven

STEPS

Sieve the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda into a pan with a strainer.


Add the granulated sugar, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, and 1.5 cups of water to the pan. Then whisk well to get a cake mixture.


Preheat the oven to 350°F for 15 minutes.


Place the pan in a hot oven and bake for 25 minutes. Then turn off the heat and remove the pan from the oven.
