INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup lemons
- 2 tsp onions
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 head lettuce
- 4 oz swiss cheese
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 1 apple
- 1 pear

- 1 bowl
- 1 food processor
- 1 squeezer
- 1 peeler
- 1 grater
- 1 mixing spoon
- 1 colander
STEPS
Peel an apple with a peeler.
Peel and chop an onion, then slice a pear.
Squeeze a lemon with a squeezer.
Rinse and drain lettuce in a colander.
Shred the lettuce.
Shred swiss cheese with a grater.
Combine lemon juice, granulated sugar, salt, onions, and yellow mustard in a food processor. Blitz for 2 minutes, then add vegetable oil and poppy seeds. Blitz again to get a lemon poppy seed dressing.
Put lettuce and swiss cheese in a bowl. Top with cashew nuts, dried cranberries, apples, and pears. Drizzle with lemon poppy seed dressing and mix with a mixing spoon.
