INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb tofu
  • 1½ cup marinade

TOOLS

  • 1 pan
  • 1 knife
  • 1 paper towel
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 serving plate

STEPS

Cut tofu lengthwise, wrap it with a paper towel and squeeze out all the liquid, then chop it.


Heat a pan and add the tofu. Fry it on one side, then flip it with a spatula to fry the other side. Turn off the heat to get fried tofu.


Transfer fried tofu to a serving plate and add the marinade to it.


It’s ready to be served !
