INGREDIENTS

- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

STEPS
Peel and chop the onion. Cut the potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.
