INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp black pepper

- 1 lb white mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ tsp coriander
- 2 tbsp chives

STEPS
Cut the chives.
Clean white mushrooms and portobello mushrooms using a kitchen towel.
Cut mushrooms.
Heat a frying pan over high heat and cover with olive oil. Add unsalted butter, white mushrooms, and brown portobello mushrooms to the frying pan. For 5 minutes, stir constantly with a wooden spoon. Sprinkle with half a teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of black pepper. Stir in the coriander and chives.
