INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp basil
- 3 eggs
- 1½ tbsp whole milk
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce

STEPS
Cut mozzarella cheese into 3/4 inch strips.
Heat canola oil in a pan.
Crack eggs in a bowl, add whole milk and whisk to get an egg mixture.
Combine breadcrumbs, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil in a bowl with a spoon to get a breadcrumb mix.
Put all-purpose flour in a plate and coat the mozzarella cheese strips with it.
Dip cheese strips in the egg mixture.
Drizzle the cheese strips with breadcrumbs to coat them evenly.
Place the cheese slices in the pan with the oil. Fry for 2 minutes on one side, then flip with a spoon and fry for 2 minutes more. Then remove from the heat.
Drain cooked cheese strips on paper towels for 5 minutes. Then, transfer fried cheese sticks to a serving plate and serve with spaghetti sauce.
