INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 oz linguine pasta
- 0.9 oz butter
- half slice white bread
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
TOOLS

- 1 spoon
- 1 saucepan
- 1 frying pan
- 1 colander
- 1 bowl
- 1 plate
STEPS
Shred the parmesan cheese using a grater.
Put 4 cups of water and salt in a saucepan and turn on the heat. Boil the water for 2 minutes, then add the linguine pasta to the saucepan. Cook for 6 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Set aside 1 cup of the cooking water.
Drain the cooked linguine pasta in a colander.
Put 0.3 oz. of butter in a frying pan and turn on the heat. Add the white bread to the frying pan and cook for 2 minutes to get the fried bread.
Transfer the fried bread to a bowl.
Put 0.6 oz. of butter, chili flakes, and black pepper in the frying pan. Cook for 1 minute. Add the cooking water, drained linguine pasta, and shredded parmesan cheese. Mix with a spoon for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat. Transfer the contents of the frying pan to a plate. Then add the fried bread to the plate and mix again with a spoon.
