INGREDIENTS
- 1.25 cups soy flour
- a quarter cup chickpea flour
- half cup potato starch
- a quarter cup cornstarch
- a quarter cup flaxseeds
- 2.5 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp vinegar

STEPS
Put the soy flour in a bowl. Add the chickpea flour, potato starch, flaxseeds, xanthan gum, active dry yeast, and salt to the bowl. Then mix with a spoon for 2 minutes to get a flour mixture.
Crack 2 eggs into a slotted spoon to get yolks.
Put the yolks in a mixer and crack the remaining eggs into it. Then add whole milk, vegetable oil, honey, and vinegar. Mix for 2 minutes, then add the flour mixture and cornstarch. Mix for another 3 minutes to get a dough.
Spread the dough on a pan. Set aside in a warm place for 80 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 390°F for 17 minutes.
Place the pan in a hot oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Turn off the heat and remove the pan from the oven. Set aside to cool before slicing.
