INGREDIENTS
- 4 heads garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 food processor
- 1 bowl
- 1 spoon
- 1 ice cubes tray
- 1 freezer
- 1 freezer bag
- 1 knife
STEPS
Peel the garlic.
Put the peeled garlic in a food processor and blitz to get minced garlic.
Transfer the minced garlic to a bowl.
Pour olive oil into the bowl and mix with a spoon for 2 minutes to get a garlic mixture.
Divide the garlic mixture into an ice cube tray and place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then remove from the freezer and transfer to a freezer bag.
