INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 tbsp butter
TOOLS
- 1 slow cooker
- 1 slow cooker lid
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 serving plate
STEPS
Grease a slow cooker with butter. Add the white rice, salt, and 2 cups of water to the slow cooker. Cover with a lid and cook on high for 35 minutes. Then remove the lid and stir with a wooden spoon. Cover again with the lid and cook for another 45 minutes. Then remove the lid and stir with a wooden spoon. Cover once more with the lid and cook for 40 more minutes. Then turn off the slow cooker. Set aside for 10 minutes, then remove the lid.
Transfer the contents of the slow cooker to a serving plate.
