INGREDIENTS
- half tsp black pepper
- half tsp salt
- half cup all purpose flour
- 2 onions
- 100 cl olive oil
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 bowl
- 1 frying pan
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 slotted spoon
- 1 kitchen paper
- 1 plate
STEPS
Cut the onion into rings after peeling the top layer.
Put all-purpose flour in a bowl. Add onion slices to the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until the onions are fully coated. Use a slotted spoon to remove the onions from flour mixture.
Add olive oil onto a frying pan and warm for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add floured onions and cook for 5 minutes until golden.
Turn off the heat.
Use a plate lined with kitchen paper to drain extra oil from the fried onions.
Sprinkle half tsp of salt and half tsp of black pepper over the crispy fried onions..
