INGREDIENTS
- a quarter tsp black pepper
- a quarter tsp salt
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1.1 oz cheddar cheese
- half oz chives

- 1 bowl

STEPS
Chop chives.
Grate cheddar cheese.
Chop the cauliflower.
Put the chopped cauliflower in a bowl and put it in the microwave. Turn on the microwave for six minutes.
Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a food processor and add sour cream, butter, and a quarter teaspoon each of salt and black pepper. Blitz the mixture for 2 minutes or until it becomes a cauliflower purée.
Transfer the cauliflower purée to a plate. Scatter grated cheddar cheese and chopped chives over the top..
