INGREDIENTS
- An eighth tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 cups frozen peas
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp butter

- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 plate
- 1 whisk
- 1 saucepan
STEPS
Heat butter in a saucepan. Add all-purpose flour and whisk. Slowly whisk in whole milk for 2 minutes. Season with a quarter tsp of salt and an eighth tsp of black pepper. Add frozen peas to the mixture and stir with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes. Cook for 5 minutes, then serve creamed peas to a plate.
