INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack crackers
  • 1 pack cream cheese
  • 2 pounds strawberries
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 cups granulated sugar

TOOLS

  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 masher
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 spread knife

STEPS

Squeeze the lemon using a squeezer to get lemon juice.


Hull and chop strawberries using a knife.


Heat the saucepan. Add the strawberries and mash using a masher.


Stir in the lemon juice and granulated sugar with a wooden spoon over low heat for 2 minutes, then high heat for 10 minutes. Stir until the mixture thickens into strawberry jam, then remove from heat.


Divide cream cheese among the crackers on the board. Using a knife, spread cream cheese on top.


Divide the strawberry jam into the crackers and spread it with a knife.
