INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

STEPS
Combine cornmeal and all-purpose flour in a bowl with a spoon to get cornmeal paste. Next, mix in half a cup of whole milk to the paste.
Heat 4 cups of water in a pan, add salt and boil for 5 minutes.
Place cornmeal paste in the boiling water.
Mix cornmeal paste with a wooden spoon and cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 15 minutes, then remove the lid. Stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, sweetened condensed milk, and the rest of the milk. Cover again and cook for 15 minutes, then remove the lid to get cornmeal porridge.
