INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz. white rice
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 colander
- 1 lid
- 1 wooden spoon
STEPS
Rinse white rice in a colander.
In the same colander, drain the rice.
Boil 2 cups of water in a pan for 2 minutes. Add drained rice and 1 tsp of salt to the pan. Stir the rice with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes, then cover it with a lid. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. After that, turn the heat off and take the lid off. Stir it one last time.
