INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coffee
- 1 dash salt
- 2 cups soy milk
- 2 oz chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
TOOLS
- 1 saucepan
- 4 serving dishes
- 1 fridge
- 1 wooden spoon
- 4 plastic wrap
STEPS
Put brown sugar in a saucepan and turn on the heat. Add cornstarch, cocoa powder, coffee, and salt to the saucepan. Stir with a wooden spoon, then add soymilk. Cook on medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then simmer on low heat until thickened. Remove from the heat and stir in chocolate and vanilla extract until smooth.
Divide the pudding mixture into serving dishes and cover them with plastic wrap.
Place the serving dishes in the fridge for 160 minutes. Remove the serving dishes from the fridge and remove the plastic wrap.
It’s ready to be served !
