INGREDIENTS
- 3.5 lb apples
- half brown sugar
- 1.5 tsp lemons
- a quarter tsp ground cinnamon
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 peeler
- 1 spoon
- 1 squeezer
- 1 slow cooker
- 1 potatoes masher
- 1 bowl
- 1 slow cooker lid
STEPS
Peel apples using a peeler.
Cut peeled apples in half.
Deseed apple halves using a spoon.
Cut the apples into small pieces.
Squeeze lemons using a squeezer.
Place the apples in a slow cooker. Mix in the lemon juice and brown sugar. Cover the slow cooker with a lid and cook on high for 3 hours. To get cooked apples, turn off the slow cooker and remove the lid.
Transfer cooked apples to a bowl. Sprinkle ground cinnamon and mix using a spoon. Mash the apples using a masher.
