INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ oz cooking spray
- 1 cup grape-nuts cereals
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup whole grain wheat flour
- 1½ tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1½ tbsp wheat germs
- ⅓ cup pecans
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 oz plain yogurt
- 2 eggs
- ½ tbsp applesauce
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 ovenproof dish
- 1 wooden spoon
STEPS
Crack eggs in a bowl.
Transfer the egg whites to another bowl and mix.
Combine grape-nuts cereals, rolled oats, whole grain wheat flour, ground flaxseeds, wheat germs, pecans, mini chocolate chips, baking soda, and ground cinnamon in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Transfer egg white into the mixture along with plain yogurt and applesauce, then stir to get a chocolate nut mixture.
Spray a lightly ovenproof dish with cooking spray and transfer the chocolate nut mixture to it.
Preheat the oven to 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Take the dish out of the oven.
Cut the chocolate nut mixture into squares.
