INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup powdered sugar

- 1 whisk
- 1 oven
- 1 cookie sheet
- 1 parchment paper
- 1 serving plate
STEPS
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Add the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Whisk for 2 minutes to get a cocoa mixture.
Put the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a second bowl. Whisk for 2 minutes to get a dry mixture.
Transfer the dry mixture to the cocoa mixture and whisk to get a dough.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the dough into one-inch balls.
Coat the dough balls with powdered sugar.
Put the dough balls on the cookie sheet.
Preheat the oven to 390°F for 17 minutes.
Place the cookie sheet in a hot oven and bake for 12 minutes. Then turn off the heat and remove from the oven.
Transfer to a serving plate.
