INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup whole milk
- ⅓ cup canola oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
TOOLS
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 muffin tin
- 1 oven
- 1 whisk
- 1 spatula
- 12 muffin liners
STEPS
Put the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk. Crack the egg into the mixture, then add the whole milk and canola oil. Whisk for 2 minutes. Then add the chocolate chips and stir gently with a spatula to get a batter.
Line a muffin tin with muffin liners. Then pour the batter into the muffin tin (2/3 full).
Preheat the oven to 400°F for 17 minutes.
Place the muffin tin in a hot oven and bake for 20 minutes. Then turn off the heat and remove the muffin tin from the oven.
