INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cucumber
- 1 half onion
- ¼ tsp dried dill
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- An eighth cup vinegar
TOOLS

- 1 peeler
- 1 bowl
- 1 pan
- 1 fridge
- 1 spoon
- 1 cling film
STEPS
Peel and slice the onion.
Peel the cucumber with a peeler.
Cut the peeled cucumber into slices.
Place the cucumber slices and onion slices in a bowl. Sprinkle with dried dill and toss with a spoon until well combined.
In a pan, combine the vinegar, granulated sugar, and salt. To make a vinegar mixture, cook for 3 minutes. Then turn off the heat.
Pour the vinegar mixture over the bowl and mix with a spoon. Cover with cling film and chill in the fridge for 3 hours. Remove from the fridge and remove the cling film.
