INGREDIENTS
- 1½ lbs jicamas
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp chili powder
TOOLS
- 1 squeezer
- 1 peeler
- 1 freezer
- 1 knife
- 1 paper towel
- 1 platter
STEPS
Squeeze the lime using a squeezer to get lime juice.
Peel jicamas using a peeler.
Use a knife to cut 3″x1/2″x1/2″ jicamas.
Place the jicamas cut side down on a paper towel and sprinkle with lime juice and chili powder. Place the cut jicamas on a platter and freeze for 15 minutes. Take the platter out of the freezer.
