INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz chickpeas
- 1 cup carrots
- ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp italian dressing
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 grater
- 1 spoon
- 1 bowl
- 1 skillet
STEPS
Rinse and drain chickpeas in a colander.
Shred carrots with a grater.
Put drained chickpeas in a bowl and mash them with a spoon.
Add carrots, breadcrumbs, and italian dressing to the mashed chickpeas. Crack an egg in the bowl and mix with the spoon to get a chickpea mixture.
Divide the chickpea mixture into 4 patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Put the patties on the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
Flip the patties with a spoon.
Cook for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
