INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 microwave safe glass bowl
  • 1 microwave
  • 1 whisk

STEPS

Shred the cheddar cheese with a grater.


Microwave the butter in a microwave-safe glass bowl on low heat for 1 minute. Then add the all-purpose flour, shredded cheddar cheese, whole milk, and salt. Whisk for 2 minutes to get a sauce.
