INGREDIENTS

  • 4 bags chamomile tea
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • a third cup sucralose sweetener
  • 1 spearmint
  • 8 cubes ice cubes

TOOLS

  • 1 boiler
  • 1 pitcher
  • 1 pitcher spoon

STEPS

Put 4 cups of water in a kettle and boil the water for 3 minutes. Then turn off the kettle.


Pour the boiling water into a pitcher. Add the chamomile tea bags and set aside for 60 minutes. Remove the chamomile tea bags from the pitcher. Then add the pomegranate juice and sucralose sweetener. Stir with a pitcher spoon, then add ice cubes. Garnish with spearmint.


It’s ready to be served !
