INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 11 oz celery sticks
- 1 clove of garlic
- 7 oz potatoes
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- ½ cups whole milk
- 1 bread

- 1 spoon
STEPS
Cut potatoes, celery sticks, and bread into cubes. Then, peel garlic.
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Stir in celery sticks, potatoes, and garlic with a spoon for 2 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of water, 0.5 tsp of salt and cook for 4 minutes. Add 3 tbsp of water and cook for 9 minutes. Add vegetable broth and cook for 20 minutes on low heat. Stir in whole milk and the remaining salt. Blitz the mixture with a stick blender to get a soup consistency.
Serve the celery soup topped with bread cubes in a serving bowl.
