INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 oz peas
- 1 tbsp ricotta cheese
- 1 half lemon
- 1 handful spearmint
- 1 carrot
TOOLS
- 1 squeezer
- 1 knife
- 1 food processor
- 1 serving bowl
- 1 plate
STEPS
Squeeze the lemon with a squeezer to get lemon juice.
Chop the spearmint. Cut the carrot into sticks.
Put peas, ricotta cheese, lemon juice, chopped spearmint and a quarter tsp of black pepper in a food processor. Blitz for 2 minutes to get a pea and mint dip.
Transfer the pea and mint dip to a serving bowl.
Place the carrot sticks on a plate.
