INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp ground coffee
- 1 tsp cardamom
- ½ tsp saffron
- 2 tbsp rose water
- 8 dates
TOOLS
- 1 pot
- 1 strainer
- 1 jug
- 1 coffee pot
- 1 spoon
STEPS
Pour 4 cups of water into a pot and turn on the heat. Bring the water to a boil.
Add the ground coffee, cardamom, and saffron to the pot. Stir with a spoon, then boil for 3 minutes over low heat. Remove from the heat and strain.
Heat the coffee after it has been strained in a jug. After two minutes of boiling, turn off the heat.
Pour the boiling coffee into a coffee pot, then add the rose water.
Serve with dates.
