INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
TOOLS
- 1 bowl
- 1 whisk
- 1 griddle
- 1 spatula
STEPS
Put all purpose flour, baking soda, salt and granulated sugar in a bowl. Crack eggs in the bowl. Add buttermilk, 1 tbsp of butter and maple syrup. Mix using a whisk for 3 minutes to get a batter.
Put 1 tbsp of butter in a griddle. Warm the griddle. Put the batter (15 pancakes). Cook for 2 minutes to get semi cooked pancakes.
Flip semi-cooked pancakes using a spatula.
Cook for 1 minute and stop the heat.
It’s ready to be served !
